These are a few of my favourite links which I find helpful or amusing.

Dilbert - Get your daily dilbert cartoon sent to your inbox, it will make your work place seem much nicer.
Ctrl+Alt+Del - A comic about computer games, strangley compelling.
Engrish.com - Lots of signs written in bad english, very funny.
All your base are belong to us - Internet Legend, taken from the bad English in a Japanease video game.
Badger Badger Badger - Song about badgers which is suprisingly hypnotic.
Impure Mathematics - A story using maths jokes, the more maths you know the funnier this gets, or so I am told, I still don't understand all of this but give me another few years and I probably will.
Computer Stupidities - Silly things people ask about computers.
If operating systems were Cars - Funny as its true.

HTML Validator and CSS Validator - Use these to make sure your mark up is correct.
W3Schools - Very professional site with lots of tutorials and examples.
HTMLDog - A site with good information as well as a very good tag list, I couldn't live without it.
Listmatic - Some examples of CSS menus very good to get ideas as well as some useful tutorials.
A list Apart - Site with articles about various aspects of CSS.
CSS Zen Garden - You haven't seen website design until you have seen this site, click on the designs on the right to see different ways of styling the page.

Wikipedia - The online encyclopedia and source of all knowlage.
Lego Bible - The bible with little lego people, what more could you ask for.
Blue Balls - Hundreds of blue balls in some sort of machine, wierd and wonderful.
