6. Theatre - will attract celebrities especially with a Broadway cast.
   
7. Showgirls - attract the more seedy members of the community but you risk turning families away.
   
8. Topless Revue - attract the more seedy members of the community but you risk turning families away.
   
9. Dolphin Pool - fun for all the family, a welcome addition to a popular lot.
   
10. Live Music Venue - expensive with great requirements as well as taking up a lot of space, build only when necessary.
    
11. Arena - large and expensive but can attract large crowds to your lot.
    
12. Shark Pool - attracts braver people than the dolphin pool but is more expensive.
    
13. Museum - stylish attraction for the higher class lot, but has the advantage of being welcoming to everyone and makes profit.
