Infrastructure

Offices

There are only two of these:

1. Head Office - you need this for almost everything you build. Upgrade retail to build shops and restaurants, entertainment for casinos and shows and upgrade Aquatics for water based activities.
   
2. Entertainment office - this is needed for a few shows on the lot but is not worth building till it is needed.
   

Maintenance Staff

1. Electrician's Hut - this holds one electrician and will produce noise so is best kept away from were people will be walking, electricians are needed to fix cinemas and arcades.
   
2. Mechanic's Hut - this holds one mechanic, mechanics are needed to fix all buildings which electricians do not fix, mechanics produce smell as well as noise.
   
3. Cleaner Closet - these will clean up the litter that your visitors drop, you can have one cleaner in a cleaner closet. these produce a lot of smell and some noise.
   
4. Mechanics' Department - this holds three mechanics so produces more smell and noise than the hut, but is useful on large lots, don't forget to hire the extra mechanics.
   
5. Cleaners' Department - holds more cleaners than the closet, don't forget to hire more cleaners.
   

Restrooms

You need Female and Male Restrooms. The male smells more than the female but both are quite smelly. These are necessary on every lot.

Power and water

You can get two sizes of Power Generator and a Water Treatment Plant, if you have free space on your lot these are worth having but you can easily make a profit without them.

Transport

You can buy a Car Park or Helipad, these will help to bring people to your lot.
