$4000 casino profit in any one day before your competor - the opisiton does this late during day two so build a good casino (see here for more advice) at the start.
Spend $8000 on entertainment - the easist way to do this is to buy one thing which costs just over $8000 although 2 cheaper things is better for the next mission.
500 entertainment sales - make 500 by the end of day 5, this should be ok but you will need to build more entertaiment than the one or two you have so far.
OPTIONAL - Baseball legend Maxwell 'lightning' Swift is comming, if you make him happy he will give you $3,000, he likes: movies, soft drinks, relaxation exercise, sports book betting and a medium hotel - The cinema is worth getting as it helps with the entertaiment sales, the soda bar is cheap so get that, your first hotel may be full so getting another is fine, you should have sports book betting anyway.
OPTIONAL - Hippies - build 3 fountains by 4pm for $2,000 - you might as well do this as fountains will please your guests.
