Build a Large hotel by the end of day 2 - its easiest just to do this at the start.
Most Sales by the end of day 5 - just have enough cheap places for people to visit and this will be no problem, beauty salons, cheap shops, resteraunts and the swimming pool are good bets, you need around 4000 sales.
Buy the other lot by then end of day 8 - I started with the cheaper lot so this was expensive but with the profit you should be making this will be no problem.
Make 300 sales from your new lot in any one day - Just put lots of cheap things on the lot, similar method to getting the most sales by day 5.
OPTIONAL - Cheats - Place one security officer in each of your casinos by day four for a bonus.
OPTIONAL - Tex banner man - Rich Oil Giant - Make him happy with fast food, texas hold em', Pole Dancers (in clubs), Lap Dancers, Beer (in bars), Country Music and High roller suites (in large hotels).
OPTIONAL - 3 statues - buy 3 statues for $2,000 - just buy 3 small ones, you will make a profit.
OPTIONAL - Pressure group - these will damage the reuptation of any 'disreputable' businesses, e.g. showgirls, topless revinues and clubs with pole dancers.
