Be the first to make 3,000 retail sales - I extended the initial lot and built some activities and places to drink as well as lots of shops and I achieved this fine, wait till the drop in building prices before doing this though.
250 family sales by the end of day 5 - family sales are from: travel agents, men's and women's clothing stores souvenir shops, pawn brokers, magic shops and crèches. - enough shops and you will be fine.
OPTIONAL - Health and Safety Executives - $600 fine for any building at 0% health and if there are no bins there will be a $2,000 fine.
400 exclusive sales by the end of day 10 - these are any sales from Jewelry Stores, Art Galleries, Hair Salons and Beauty Parlors. - I had to delete some other shops to place the art galleries and jewelry stores but still managed this fine as my hair salons are always popular.
OPTIONAL - Countess Adora Laroche is coming to town on day 4, if she buys 15 things from you she will give you $10,000. She wants: Women's Clothing, Jewelry, Cocktails, Art Galleries, Baccarat Tables, Beauty Parlors and high roller suites. - make sure your casino is reputable or she will not be happy.
