9. The Ace of Clubs

• Make $10,000 daily profit from 'night time' businesses before the other tycoons - night time businesses are: Cocktail bars, Nightclubs, Ballrooms, Exclusive Nightclubs, A la Carte Restaurants, Theaters, Showgirls, Live Music Venues, Stage shows and Arenas. - I build the A la Carte Restaurant and Cocktail bar first followed by a Theater and a Nightclub, with this I managed it on the second day.
• Spend $8,000 on advertising by the end of day 3 - I used small statues to improve the beauty of the lot.
• Build one Arena and one Live Music Venue by the end of day six - these are expensive and you need a large hotel for the Arena, I had to buy a new lot to do this, but you should be fine.
• OPTIONAL - Danny Jackson Golfer comes on day 4, if you make him happy he will give you $8,000 and the reputation of your lot will increase by 20 points. - he wants Sports Book, Sodas, Personal Trainers, Swimming Pools, Cinemas, Medium or Large hotels.
