Shops are small and often make profit so build as many as you can afford.

1. Magic Shop - if you have a magic show you might as well have one of these.
   
2. Travel Agent - make your older guests happy.
   
3. Souvenir Shop - is popular on most lots.
   
4. Men's Clothing - expensive but can make a profit.
   
5. Women's Clothing - expensive but popular on higher class lots.
   
6. Jewelry Store - expensive so rarely worth having.
   
7. Art Gallery - expensive so rarely worth having.
   

Services

1. First Aid Station - needed for gyms and fireworks displays, is very calming so worth having on your lot.
   
2. Pawn Broker - appeals only to the lowest of your guests.
   
3. Hair Salon - always incredibly popular, will usually be full to bursting, will do a roaring trade.
   
4. Beauty Parlor - appeals to a higher class of guests but can be overlooked.
   
5. Crèche - only useful for those wishing to appeal to families.
   
6. Business Center - will bring business people to your lot.
   
7. Wedding Chapel - not usually worth having.
